Reservation Policy

Reservations submitted through our website are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our staff. We reserve the right to decline reservation requests based on availability or other operational factors.

For parties larger than eight guests, please contact us directly to discuss arrangements. Special event bookings require a deposit and signed agreement.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

For private events, cancellation terms are outlined in the event agreement and may include forfeiture of deposits depending on timing.

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should inform us in advance, and we recommend consulting with our chef or manager before dining.

Menu descriptions are provided in good faith, but ingredients may change based on seasonal availability. Always verify with your server if you have concerns.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, though any price quoted in a confirmed reservation will be honored.

Payment is accepted in cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Gratuity is at your discretion. For parties of eight or more, an automatic service charge of 18% may be applied.
